Cancellation Policy:

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

Final Payments: Once the final balance is paid, it is non-refundable. Please reach out to us in exceptional circumstances for possible accommodations.

Company's Right to Cancel: Arty Retreats reserves the right to cancel any retreat due to inadequate participant interest, with a full refund provided. Cancellation notifications will be issued at least 2 months prior to the retreat start date.

No Exceptions: No exceptions will be made for cancellations due to weather, injury/illness, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. This includes issues related to COVID-19.

Failure to Attend: No refunds for failures to attend or complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
Travel Insurance:

Mandatory Insurance: All attendees must secure travel insurance covering lost luggage, medical expenses, and the non-refundable costs of the retreat due to cancellation.

Liability: Arty Retreats is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by external events such as war, terrorism, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors.

Personal Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and travel arrangements. Arty Retreats does not assume liability for problems encountered while traveling to or from the retreat, including flight issues or immigration challenges.
Health and Safety:

Medical Disclosure: Attendees must inform Arty Retreats at booking of any pre-existing medical conditions, treatments, allergies, or intolerances that might affect their ability to fully participate in the retreat.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in retreats is at the attendees' own risk. Arty Retreats is not responsible for any medical or psychiatric conditions that might arise during or after the retreat.
